Seena Haines

Seena began her practice of yoga nearly two years ago inspired by a pharmacy colleague who recommended the practice as a source of providing stress relief. She instantly fell in love and felt the impact of the mind body connection created and deepened with continued practice. Other benefits quickly realized were core strengthening and stamina building providing benefits in other routine exercise and mindfulness practices. The M Theory community has become her  home that promotes self-love, self-acceptance and community engagement. Teaching yoga to others has become an extension of her teaching craft as a long-time pharmacist academician. Health is not just about what you’re eating or doing, it’s also about what you’re thinking, feeling and saying and the beauty of this practice nourishes your mind, body and soul.  Take time to make your soul happy! “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” – C.S.
