Susan Herring

Susan began practicing yoga in 2015 after taking a class on vacation. Returning home, she discovered M Theory and began taking classes often. Having a background as a licensed counselor, she immediately became fascinated with the mind body connection in the practice of yoga. She particularly loves the way that mindfulness and awareness on the mat translates to the same in life off the mat. She completed teacher training in 2017. As part of her teacher training, she became an Embody Love Movement facilitator, leading workshops which use yoga and group conversation to help women to see their worth and encourage each individual to make a difference in the ways that are important to her. In her classes, Susan’s goal is to create compassionate awareness and an opportunity to feel great through movement.
